This order was received in the second quarter of 2018.
“Sandvine continues to be chosen as a strategic partner by Tier 1 operators worldwide, validating our strategy to deliver solutions based on analytics-driven network automation,” said Lyn Cantor, President and CEO of Sandvine. “Our Active Network Intelligence solutions deliver value through superior solution breadth and use case depth for multiple departments within a network operator.”
The Revenue Generation use case that will be deployed is Advanced Data Services, where the Sandvine solution will be used for charging based on usage for subscribers. The unique capabilities that drove the operator to deploy Sandvine for this use case were multi-100GE performance, multi-system scalability, and the capability to add new use cases in the future. Sandvine’s ability to deploy use cases for Analytics, Network Optimization, Revenue Generation, Revenue Assurance, Network Security, and Regulatory Compliance deliver higher ROI than single use systems. As network operators are fighting to change their economic model, Sandvine enables them to deliver high quality services to their customers while minimizing CAPEX and OPEX.
Sandvine’s Network Intelligence portfolio is unique in helping network operators transform their businesses by leveraging in-line closed loop automation to reduce costs while simultaneously delivering better service to their subscribers.
