Fremont, Calif., May 7, 2015 — Procera Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: PKT), the global Subscriber Experience company, today announced it will be exhibiting its mobile subscriber intelligence solutions and speaking at LTE MENA 2015, held May 11-13 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
On Wednesday, May 13 at 1:00 p.m. GST, Vice President of Global Marketing Cam Cullen will speak in a session titled, “Real-Time Intelligence meets Virtualization for Mobile Networks.” The presentation will cover the trends and benefits for virtualization in mobile networks, how real-time intelligence can benefit network operators and a review of the future trends that will make real-time intelligence a mission-critical tool for managing the mobile subscriber experience.
On demonstration at Procera’s booth during LTE MENA will be PacketLogic/V, the company’s innovative NFV-based subscriber management platform for mobile operators. PacketLogic™ appliances and virtual platforms are the vehicles for delivering an enhanced subscriber experience by enabling network operators to gain insights and take action on mobile traffic. PacketLogic/V was recently benchmarked at an industry-leading 155Gbps running on Intel® Xeon® Processor E5 v3 Family-based commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) platforms, completely eliminating the performance barriers associated with NFV and reinforcing Procera as a pioneer in the development and deployment of virtualized subscriber management solutions.
Procera will also demonstrate its Customer Care Insights and Engineering Insights solutions at LTE MENA. Customer Care Insights enables operators to diagnose and solve subscriber problems quickly using a unique combination of Internet Intelligence and policy enforcement, so customer service representatives can gain real-time and historical visibility into the subscriber’s traffic for first-call resolution of complaints or queries. Engineering Insights is a subscriber intelligence platform built for network engineering and operations teams requiring real-time visibility into how their network is performing, providing a detailed understanding of how subscribers are using their broadband connections overall and where to invest in infrastructure to ensure network quality.
