Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Manager, Human Resources will be responsible for giving Regional and Divisional HR support, and will operate as Global HR Business Partner for Sandvine. You will work with the APAC region as well as partner with the assigned global Business Unit.
As an HR Business Partner, you will be executing on strategic HR initiatives (i.e. org structure, develop competencies, talent initiatives, retention, etc). The HRBP will also be the HR Advisor to assigned leaders and senior management in all HR related matters.
This role will be highly involved in multiple ongoing global HR improvement projects to help streamline processes and improve operational excellence.
