The Opportunity
This position will be responsible for content creation for relevant Market Segment (Mobile/Satellite or Fixed/Cable) in the telecommunication domain. The candidate will be a strong writer who can take complex use cases and solutions and synthesize them for customers to consume. The candidate can take complex technical concepts and solutions and create content that is relevant for business personas as well as technical influencers in customer organizations. He/she will be responsible for delivering the right content at the right time for the launch of New Product Introductions (NPIs).

This role will work with technical experts and PPM leaders to ensure our content is tailored towards the target customer access type. The candidate will also work with Marcom team for format/design/branding of the content. Ability to deal with ambiguity, change, evolution and disruption.


The Job

  • Creation of customer-facing content for target customer access type for each sales stage gate
  • Range of collateral would be from web content, use case/solution briefs, concise decks for right personas, white papers, social media briefs and input to Press Releases
  • Understands key words in the industry that would be relevant for SEO
  • Clear and concise messaging for our key incumbent and target customers
  • Work with Marcom team and provide content for digital engagement with customers, sales and channel partners
  • Continued updates to Sales Playbooks and Internet Phenomena
  • Clear high-level messaging on our website designed to get new customer relationships for their access type
  • Review content of each presenter for customer and channel events


What Skills You Bring

  • BS degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications or relevant field
  • Proven work experience for Marketing and Technical content development
  • Demonstrable experience for successful marketing content for campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Digital Engagement
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Aptitude towards technology and business
  • Strong collaborative skills
  • Creative thinker
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to effectively communicate at all levels
