The Opportunity 

As a member of the Global Sales team, Maintenance & Renewal Specialist, Inside Sales, provides representation to current and past customers for all Sandvine solutions articulating their value proposition and operational benefits. The candidate would benefit from having knowledge in modern IP protocols and network policy management, including solution, technology and product offerings.

The Job

  • Negotiate and sell annual support & maintenance contracts with Partners and customers
  • Drive revenue by supporting existing clients with annual maintenance contracts
  • Educate customers on different support tiers and Service Level Agreements
  • Upsell additional support tier to customers
  • Participate in regular meetings and conference calls with Partners, Customers and Sales team members to help qualify opportunities and recommend additional value added services.
  • Conduct customer presentations in order to recommend the best Sandvine support solution that fits their business needs
  • Work with larger sales account team to understand how support fits with other product expansion opportunities within a customer.
  • Strong documentation and lead generation usage of
  • Candidate will become well versed in Sandvine’s technology and portfolio suite-understanding of customer systems and network to work with Professional Services and / or outside partners

What skills you bring

  • 5+ years of sales and customer support within the IT/Telecommunications/Security industry working with Tier-1 mobile and/or fixed line service providers
  • Higher Education: BA/BS graduate or technical institution equivalent or working experience
  • Strong experience with relationship build and client management
  • Experience working with
