As Product Segment Leader, you will be responsible for the definition and implementation of the product strategy from concept to end-of-life for Sandvine’s Revenue Generation and Revenue Assurance segments. You will work with technical product managers to define the vision and the market strategy.
Using your deep knowledge of telecommunication policy control and charging, billing, and B/OSS integration, you will define and optimize use case software modules that generate meaningful Return on Investment (RoI) to Sandvine’s customers. This leading role will allow you to interact with current and prospective customers to deeply understand their needs, and turn that customer insight into actionable business and technical product requirements and plans.
By working directly with key customers and cross-functional teams, you will define high-value use cases, go-to-market strategy, and competitive positioning. You will drive your vision across the company by interacting with CTO, R&D, Sales Engineering, Delivery and Support teams. Simply put, you are the driving force behind the inception, planning, development and delivery of Use Cases in the Revenue Generation and the Revenue Assurance Segments.
You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering and create and review launch materials, customer presentations and sales training materials. You will take proactive ownership and anticipate potential risks, putting appropriate mitigation plans in place. You will also perform margin and pricing analysis and develop and maintain key customer relationships.
