And that quality of experience is no exception for Sandvine Team Members.In your role as a Financial Analyst you’ll be part of the global Finance & Accounting team, helping to drive the financial results of Sandvine.

Supporting the Vice Presidents of Finance, you will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and ensuring the senior leadership team is achieving their financial targets.

The Job

  • Drive completion of Private Equity quarterly reporting requirements
  • Act as the administrator of the Adaptive Insights financial planning tool
  • Provide timely and detailed analysis of actuals and variances 
  • Support updating weekly Revenue and GM forecasting process
  • Support implementation and tracking of 2020 KPIs
  • Prepare monthly actuals and variance reporting for the Executive Staff, schedule and participate in actuals reviews, research variances as needed
  • Support Budget owners in their understanding of spending, actuals, and forecast.
  • Coordinate annual budgeting & quarterly forecasting process
  • Contribute to financial reporting to Private Equity company as needed
  • Perform ad hoc analysis

What Skills You Bring

  • 2+ years of FP&A experience, including reporting, forecasting, variance analysis
  • Experience with ERP & Financial Planning software (experience with SAP and Adaptive Insights preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years relevant work experience, technology industry background is an asset in a financial analyst function.
  • Proficiency in and other sales and marketing platforms 
  • Proficiency with any Business Intelligence software or other business analytics tools 
  • Expertise with MS Office (Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint) 
  • Strong organizational and customer oriented skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to “learn on the fly”
  • Critical thinker with strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership to meet tight quarterly deliverables and deadlines
  • Highly organized and ability to multi-task in a fast –paced environment
