RNS News: Issue of Equity

The Company announces that 4,000 new common shares have been issued and allotted following exercises of options on March 2, 2007. Application has  been made for these shares to be admitted to  trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on March 16, 2007.

The Company now has 122,985,531 voting shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury.
