Best Workplaces in Canada - 2008

This list of “Best Workplaces in Canada” is compiled by Great Place to Work® Institute Canada. The competition process is based on two criteria: two-thirds of the total score comes from a 57-statement survey completed by a random selection of employees, along with their open-ended comments about their organization; the remaining one-third of the score comes from an in-depth review of the organization’s culture, including an evaluation of HR policies and procedures.

Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2007

The Entrepreneur Of The Year Awards honour entrepreneurs who have demonstrated excellence and extraordinary success in areas such as innovation, risk taking, company development, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. Don Bowman, Dave Caputo, Tom Donnelly, Marc Morin and Brad Siim were selected as winners in the technology sector for the Ontario region.

Sandvine was named the No. 1 fastest-growing Canadian Tech company in this year's Deloitte Technology Fast 50. Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Ranking is a ranking of the 50 fastest-growing Canadian technology companies with the highest percentage revenue growth over five years.

2007 Broadband Gear Report Diamond Award

Sandvine’s PTS 14000 80-Gigabit virtual switch cluster received a 4- Diamond rating from the Broadband Gear Report review panel for this year’s 2007 Diamond Technology Reviews.

CNET Networks UK Network/Storage "Product of the Year" Finalist

Sandvine was a finalist for CNET Networks UK's Network/Storage "Product of the Year" award for its Network Integrity Suite.  The Sandvine Network Integrity Suite mitigates and eliminates malicious traffic on broadband service provider networks.

Communications Technology Reader’s Choice Award

Sandvine was awarded the 2005 Communications Technology Reader’s Choice Award for its Network Integrity Suite, taking proactive measures against bad traffic of all forms, mitigating the impact of worms, spam and DoS attacks both in the network and at the subscriber site.

2005 Broadband Gear Report's "Diamond Technology Distinction"

Sandvine was awarded Broadband Gear Report's first annual "Diamond Technology Distinction" award for its Network Integrity Suite.  The Sandvine Network Integrity Suite mitigates and eliminates malicious traffic on broadband service provider networks.

For the second consecutive year Sandvine is honored to be named a finalist for the Internet Service Providers Association award for best hardware supplier, sponsored by Wanadoo.

Communications Technology Reader’s Choice Award

Sandvine was awarded the 2004 Communications Technology Reader’s Choice Award for its Attack Traffic Mitigation solution, offering service providers a network-based approach to mitigating all forms of malicious traffic including worms, spam Trojans and DoS attacks.

2004 ISPA “Best Hardware Supplier” Award

Sandvine was named a finalist in 2004 for the Internet Service Providers Association award for best hardware supplier.

Sandvine was awarded the 2003 World Communications Award for its Traffic Optimization solution in the category of “Best Technology Foresight”.
